Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Shoppys, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a transparent, customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Non-Cancellable Items

  • Orders for perishable items or special-order products cannot be canceled.

  • However, if the delivered product is of unsatisfactory quality, a refund or replacement may be issued upon verification.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days.

  • The claim will be reviewed, and refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection.

Product Mismatch

  • If the received product is significantly different from what was displayed, report it within 7 days of delivery.

  • After reviewing your complaint, our team will decide on the next steps.

Warranty Products

  • For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days and credited to the original payment method.
